The Pazhassi Museum, located at Mananthavady in Wayanad, is a historic museum dedicated to Veera Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja (1753–1805), one of Kerala's greatest freedom fighters. After Pazhassi Raja was killed in a battle near Mavilamthodu, Pulpally, in 1805, his body was brought to Mananthavady and cremated with military honours.
